give these bottles to following people
A => 1 to 500
B => 1 to 250 and 501 to 750
c => 1 to 125 , 251 to 375 , 501 to 750, 876 to 1000
D => 1 to 64, 126 to 189, 251 to 314, 376 to 439, 501 to 564, 751 to 814, 876 to 939
and so on now for each bottle a unique set of persons will die
